Graduates with a degree are often offered opportunities for better occupations and higher pay in general. Such a degree allows for certain advancement of one’s career and gives way to many more opportunities. |

Process
To those in senior school, its never too early to start planing, here are a few steps you
should take in order to enroll in the university of your choice:
- Meet with your educational counselor to get advice, discuss your college
application, and review your transcript.
- Request recommendation letters from your teachers (preferably those who like you) and follow up with faculty members
- Make sure you have taken all the necessary standardized tests (IELS, SATS , TOEFL, LSATS and MCAT) well before your college application deadlines
- Narrow down your colleges to a final list. Be sure to include “safety” schools as well as a “realistic/match” option. For those who can’t acquire the financial aid or don’t have adequate grades, community college is always an option. Most community colleges have an “open enrollment” with a high school.
- Download and fill out your university applications. Keep track of all deadlines!
- Ask college financial aid offices about all financial aid forms you need to complete. Keep track of those deadlines too!
- Finish writing your application essays. Ask teachers to review them.
- Send in college applications as needed by the given deadline.
- And last but not least, Apply for your visa application in your approved location
